Privacy Policy

KP Studios (also called the Artist Development Platform, or “ADP”; “we”, “us”) is operated by Krazy Production Studio. Contact: krazyadmin@krazycreatorhq.com. This policy covers krazycreatorhq.com, krazycarma.com, and the KP Studios Android app, which opens the same site and collects nothing beyond what is described here.

Account data — if you sign in with Google, we store your email address, your Google profile name and picture, and a Google user ID. If you sign in with an emailed link, we store your email address and a single-use sign-in code until it is used or expires. We also record whether your account is an artist, venue or fan account.

Profile data you add — your artist or venue name, bio, city, genre, website and social links, a music embed, and a profile photo if you upload one. Profile details are shown publicly (see section 5).

Linked-platform stats — YouTube connects through Google sign-in (OAuth). Other platforms (such as Spotify, SoundCloud, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook) connect when you paste a link to your public profile. We collect public statistics such as follower or subscriber counts, total plays or views, likes and comments, either from the platform’s API or by reading your public profile page; for Instagram and Facebook this is done by a data provider, Bright Data. We keep snapshots of these numbers over time to power your dashboard, growth charts and leaderboard ranking.

YouTube sign-in tokens — for YouTube we store the access token and refresh token Google issues to us so we can refresh your stats. They are kept in our database, used only by our servers, and never shared with anyone.

Messages, bookings and gigs — messages you send to other users, booking and enquiry messages (including the sender’s name and email address), and gig listings and applications on The Stage.

Activity on the platform — the artists you back with Carma, votes you cast in battles, and how many times you have used each studio tool this month (to apply monthly limits).

Notifications — if you turn on notifications, we store the push address your browser or the app gives us, and which kinds of notification you want.

Payments and orders — memberships, studio bookings and shop orders are paid through Stripe. We receive your name, email address and order details, a phone number if you choose to give one, and for physical orders your shipping address. We never see or store your card details.

AI studio tools — what you give the studio tools (lyrics, captions, show details, and photos of performers or reference images) is sent to Anthropic, which runs the Claude models behind our text tools and art direction, and — for Cover Art renders and Show Flyers — to OpenAI, which generates the images. These requests are routed through Vercel’s AI Gateway, which passes them to Anthropic or OpenAI on our behalf; if the Gateway is unavailable we send them to Anthropic or OpenAI directly. Photos you upload and the images the studio creates are stored with our image host, Cloudinary. Sponsor logos you add to a flyer are stored there too, and are placed on the flyer in your browser — they are never sent to Anthropic or OpenAI. Deleting a flyer deletes its artwork.

Usage data — when you visit the site, Google Analytics (loaded through Google Tag Manager) records the pages you view, how long you stay, the page that referred you, your device and browser type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. Zoho PageSense records how visitors interact with pages — clicks, scrolling and mouse movement — as heatmaps and session recordings. See our Cookie Policy for how to opt out.

When you grant KP Studios access to your YouTube account, we request the youtube.readonly scope. We use this scope only to read your channel’s public statistics: channel ID, channel title, subscriber count, total view count, and total video count.

KP Studios’ use of information received from Google APIs adheres to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, KP Studios:

• Only uses YouTube data to display stats on your dashboard, compute your leaderboard ranking, and update growth charts.
• Does not use YouTube data for advertising or to train AI/ML models.
• Does not transfer YouTube data to others except as needed to provide KP Studios’ features, comply with law, or as part of a merger/acquisition.
• Does not let humans read your YouTube data except (a) with your explicit consent, (b) for security purposes (e.g., investigating abuse), (c) to comply with applicable law, or (d) where the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

You can revoke KP Studios’ access at any time from your Google Account permissions page. Disconnecting YouTube on your dashboard deletes the stored tokens and all of its stats, including past snapshots, from our database.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to show you ads. We share it only with the services that run KP Studios for us, and only what each one needs:

• Cloudflare (our database) and Vercel (our web hosting).
• Cloudinary — stores uploaded photos and generated images.
• Anthropic and OpenAI — run the AI studio tools, as described above, reached through Vercel’s AI Gateway.
• Stripe — processes payments.
• Printful — prints and ships merch; we send it your name and shipping address for each order. Vinyl decals are shipped by us.
• Resend — delivers sign-in and invitation emails.
• Bright Data — reads the public Instagram and Facebook profiles you link.
• Google Analytics and Zoho PageSense — measure how the site is used.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Your artist name, avatar, connected-platform list, and aggregated stats appear on the public leaderboard and your /artist/<slug> profile page. Don’t share data with KP Studios that you don’t want shown publicly.

We set one cookie of our own, adp_session, when you sign in. It is a signed token containing your user ID and expires after 30 days. Google Analytics and Zoho PageSense set their own analytics cookies, and Stripe sets cookies during checkout. Our Cookie Policy lists them and explains how to block them. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your data is stored in Cloudflare D1 (a hosted database) and handled by our servers on Vercel. All connections to KP Studios are encrypted with TLS. We keep your data for as long as your account is open, or until you delete it as described below.

You can, at any time:

• Disconnect any linked platform from your dashboard settings. This deletes that platform’s tokens and stats, including past snapshots.
• Turn notifications off from your dashboard or in your browser’s settings.
• Sign out, which clears your session cookie.
• Delete your account: email krazyadmin@krazycreatorhq.com from the address you sign in with. We will delete your account, profile, connected platforms and stats, messages, notification settings, and the images you created, and confirm by email. We keep records of payments and orders where the law requires us to.

KP Studios is not directed at children under 13. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13, we’ll delete it.

If we materially change this policy, we’ll update the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you on the dashboard.
