1. Who we are
The Artist Development Platform (“ADP”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Krazy Production Studio. Contact: green.cobra01@gmail.com. This policy explains what data we collect when you use akp-platform.vercel.app and how we use it.
2. What we collect
Account data — when you sign in with Google, we store your email address, your Google profile name and picture, and a Google user ID. We use these to identify your account and personalize the dashboard.
Artist profile data — the artist name you choose, plus any platform handles or URLs you provide (YouTube channel, SoundCloud profile, etc.). These are shown publicly on the leaderboard and your artist profile page.
Linked-platform stats — when you connect a platform (e.g. YouTube via OAuth, SoundCloud by handle), we read public-facing statistics such as follower/subscriber counts, total views/plays, likes, and comments. We store snapshots of these numbers to power your dashboard, growth charts, and leaderboard ranking.
OAuth tokens — for platforms that require OAuth (YouTube), we store the access token and refresh token issued to us so we can periodically refresh your stats. These tokens are stored encrypted at rest and are never shared with third parties.
Subscription & payment data — if you subscribe to the Believer plan, Stripe processes your payment. We receive an order confirmation and your subscription status; we do not see or store your card details.
3. How we use Google user data (including YouTube)
When you grant ADP access to your YouTube account, we request the youtube.readonly scope. We use this scope only to read your channel’s public statistics: channel ID, channel title, subscriber count, total view count, and total video count.
ADP’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, ADP:
- Only uses YouTube data to display stats on your dashboard, compute your leaderboard ranking, and update growth charts.
- Does not use YouTube data for advertising or to train AI/ML models.
- Does not transfer YouTube data to others except as needed to provide ADP’s features, comply with law, or as part of a merger/acquisition.
- Does not let humans read your YouTube data except (a) with your explicit consent, (b) for security purposes (e.g., investigating abuse), (c) to comply with applicable law, or (d) where the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
You can revoke ADP’s access at any time from your Google Account permissions page. Disconnecting on the ADP dashboard also deletes the stored tokens and stats from our database.
4. Public information
Your artist name, avatar, connected-platform list, and aggregated stats appear on the public leaderboard and your /artist/<slug> profile page. Don’t share data with ADP that you don’t want shown publicly.
5. How we store data
Data lives in Cloudflare D1 (a SQLite database hosted by Cloudflare) and Vercel-hosted serverless functions. Connections are TLS-encrypted. OAuth tokens are stored in encrypted columns. We do not sell or rent your data.
6. Cookies
We set one session cookie (adp_session) when you sign in — it’s an HMAC-signed JWT that contains your user ID and expires in 30 days. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies.
7. Your rights
You can, at any time:
- Disconnect any linked platform from your dashboard (deletes that platform’s tokens and stats).
- Sign out (clears your session cookie).
- Email us at green.cobra01@gmail.com to request full deletion of your account and all associated data.
8. Children
ADP is not directed at children under 13. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13, we’ll delete it.
9. Changes
If we materially change this policy, we’ll update the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you on the dashboard.
