Terms of Service

LAST UPDATED · May 19, 2026

1. Agreement

By creating an account on or using akp-platform.vercel.app (“ADP”, the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

2. Who can sign up

You must be at least 13 years old. If you sign up on behalf of an organization or another artist, you confirm you have authority to bind them to these terms.

3. Your account

You’re responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your Google sign-in credentials secure. You may not impersonate another artist, pretend a Spotify/SoundCloud/YouTube profile is yours when it isn’t, or use the leaderboard to deceive other artists.

4. Connecting third-party platforms

When you link YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, or any other platform we support, you authorize ADP to access the public statistics for the account/profile you link, for the purpose of showing your stats on your dashboard and on the public leaderboard.

For platforms that use OAuth (e.g. YouTube): you can revoke ADP’s access at any time from that platform’s permissions page or by disconnecting the platform on your ADP dashboard. Disconnecting deletes that platform’s stored tokens and stats.

5. Public profile and leaderboard

Your artist name, avatar, list of connected platforms, and aggregated stats are public. They appear on the leaderboard at /leaderboard and on your personal profile at /artist/<your-slug>. If you don’t want this data shown, disconnect platforms or delete your account.

6. Believer subscription

Paid plans (currently “Believer” at $4.99/month) are billed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We don’t offer pro-rated refunds for partial months unless required by law.

7. Acceptable use

Don’t:

  • Scrape, mirror, or otherwise extract bulk data from ADP without permission.
  • Submit fake follower/play data, manipulate the leaderboard, or use bots to inflate any metric.
  • Use ADP to harass, defame, or infringe anyone’s rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, break, or test the security of ADP without authorization.
  • Sell, transfer, or share your account with anyone else.

8. Intellectual property

ADP’s code, design, brand, and copy are owned by Krazy Production Studio. You keep all rights to your artist name, music, and content posted on third-party platforms. By connecting a platform, you grant ADP a non-exclusive license to display the public stats and profile metadata for as long as the platform stays connected.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

ADP is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of third-party stats (those come from external APIs that may rate-limit or change), or that ADP will meet every need. We disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent the law allows.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADP and Krazy Production Studio aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the past 12 months or (b) $50.

11. Termination

You can stop using ADP at any time by signing out and emailing us to delete your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the leaderboard, or otherwise create risk for us or other users.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time. When we make material changes, we’ll bump the “last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you on the dashboard. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Krazy Production Studio is headquartered. Disputes must be brought in the state or federal courts located there.
